Awesome stay with great vibes

Had a fantastic 4 nights here! Super close to all the main sights. The metro's just a short stroll away. Our room was neat with a cozy bed and a nice view. The breakfast was top-notch. so many options. Only thing was the pool could use a bit of shade, it was boiling! But overall, great experience.

Staff members were exceptionally courteous, particularly Azahara and Ursula, which added a personal touch to the experience. The rooftop bar is a great spot to unwind, but the pool area is disappointingly small and often crowded, making it less appealing for relaxation. Additionally, the breakfast offered was not worth the price. better options are available nearby.

From the moment we checked in, I loved the complimentary yoga mat in my room and the beautiful rooftop pool was a delightful escape. I enjoyed some relaxing afternoons by the pool and did a little unwinding in the cozy library nook. The only small downside was that the street noise crept in a bit late at night, but it didn't really bother me. Don't miss the breakfast area, it's picture-perfect! 😊

The views from the rooftop are incredible, giving you a stunning panorama of the city that’s tough to beat. The location puts you smack dab in the heart of everything, making it easy to hit up local bars, restaurants, and major attractions without a hassle.

More shade at the pool area would’ve helped—it gets sweltering up there with no respite in sight. The rooftop space features lovely views, but it’s puzzling there are no bar facilities to enjoy a drink up high. Our room had a bath with a shower attachment, but without grab handles, it can be risky for those who struggle with it. Lastly, be prepared for some weekend noise from the nearby bar—it can be quite disruptive during late-night celebrations.

Couple's perfect getaway

The staff was extremely friendly, especially Ursula who gave us great tips on where to eat, and upgraded us to a balcony room for an extra €20. The room was spacious, clean and the bathroom was almost as big as the room, comfortable anyways.

It wasn't cheap, but for what we got, it was acceptable.

Amazing location right on Gran Via! The staff was incredibly attentive, making us feel at home. Only downside was the lack of coffee facilities in the room. Would definitely stay here again! 😊

Just a prime choice for a two-day stay in Madrid with fantastic value for money. The air conditioning in the room worked perfectly, allowing for great sleep. Check out the rooftop bar for some nice cocktails.

My experience was quite disappointing. The reception staff was not friendly, which made checking in feel awkward. The bathroom was poorly maintained, with dirty glasses left uncleaned for days. Overall, the hotel feels outdated and lacks basic amenities that you would expect for the price.
